Warn Winch Remote control cable

I have the Warn winch on my 825I and the Remote Control wire is a stiff flat black (similar to old TV Cable) wire that is a PIA to use. Has anyone changed it out for a more useable wire? If so what kind of wire did you use and any comments/recommendations.

Check out Warn remote wireless...I'm not sure of your model number on you winch... This looks really cool... Amazon has a lower price than JD green stores that I checked on ... Good luck!!

Thanks for the reply and link. The remote looks nice, but more than I want to spend right now. I will tear apart the current control switch and find a substitute for the wire.

I'm guessing the connectors inside the control are somewhat specialized ??
