forum passwords

I seem to be getting 2 different forum sites they look different and the one on my phone that comes up but will not accept any pass word ,I have tried to reregister , but no luck there either ,any one have a phone number for the forum or any ideas why this might be happening?
I have members inquiring about snorkles that I have available but no way to contact them , cant get into that site
