any one needing a fuel pump , john deere wants approx. 148 for a pump that is basically the same size as a Toyota or honda pump for about 80 bucks if you type in the part number from the pump and which is made in the usa it will give you a direct replacement through amazon. also the fuel inlet filter about the size of a silver dollar johndeere wants 46 bucks for you can use one for a volvo that is about 10 bucks , john deere is making an incredible mark up and wont give us any kind of discount for any reason, the amount of money we spend on gators and tractors you would think they would give us a break , even being in the auto repair business and able to purchase parts from any auto dealer in town at wholesale, john deere wont budge on price, hope this info, helps some of you save some bucks on there over priced parts.
