2014 825i Skips at Cold Idle

Last year my 2014 825i began skipping at cold idle, it smoothes out once it warms up. Just recently changed all 3 spark plugs, for the first time & mechanic states plugs wire are still good.

1. Has anyone encountered this issue before?
2. What have you done to correct the problem?
3. What is everyone else using to replace their Spark Plugs, I bought NGK ------?

Any insights would be welcome.
